Diese sollen dann im Nebenerwerb/Minijob auf 400-Euro-Basis die Waffenbesitzer (natürlich nur die mit gemeldeten Waffen) schikanieren. Wird wohl nicht die einzige Behörde bleiben die auf diesem Wege nach Personal sucht.
Das gewünschte Mitarbeiterprofil:
die Wahrnehmung von Kontrollpflichten gemäß § 36 Abs. 3 Waffengesetz (WaffG),
die stichprobenartige Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Kontrollen bei den Waffenbesitzern,
die Durchführung von Prüfungen hinsichtlich der ordnungsgemäßen Aufbewahrung von Waffen und Munition in den Räumlichkeiten der Waffenbesitzer sowie die Anforderung von entsprechenden Nachweisen.
Es handelt sich um Tätigkeiten,
die das Vorliegen von waffenrechtlichen Grundkenntnissen bedingen,
für die ein sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit den Waffenbesitzern notwendig ist,
die das Vorhandensein von Sensibilität hinsichtlich der Durchführung der Vor-Ort-Kontrollen im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Möglichkeiten erfordern,
für deren Erledigung es notwendig ist, die EDV-Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen MS-Office-Programmen zu beherrschen,
die die Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung bedingen,
für die Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem, eigenverantwortlichem Handeln innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs notwendig ist,
für die der Führerschein der Klasse B, sowie die Bereitschaft zur dienstlichen Nutzung des privateigenen Kraftfahrzeugs gegen Kostenerstattung Voraussetzung ist,
die zeitliche Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft erfordern, auch außerhalb der Standarddienstzeiten zu arbeiten.
Mal schauen was dabei rauskommt. Bezahlen müßen wir die Besuche dieser Herrschaften in Zukunft ja selbst. Eine Gebührenordnung dafür soll schon erstellt sein, munkelt man zumindest in Baden-Württemberg.
